$35
-
McCall Merlot 2014
Aromas of green tobacco, menthol, fern and crushed pepper carry the nose. The palate is smooth, yet juicy in a tart red berry flavor, accented by a dose of green, herbal spices. Bright acidity, but drying tannins arise on the finish to cinch it up.
$35
-
McCall Pinot Noir 2014
This block-designated Pinot offers bright aromas of ripe strawberry, cherry and cranberry, with integrated with accents of hazelnut skin and rooibos tea adding depth. Medium in weight, the red fruit flavors carry to the palate, along with that earthy tone of forest floor. A bit of cherry bitters adds grip to the rounded feel, with slightly sandy tannins lending support to all the fruit weight. It's a pleasant mix of Old World earthiness with New World ripeness.
$70
-
Macari Dos Aguas 2016
Dos Aguas is the winery’s red Bordeaux blend, mostly Merlot (81%), with roughly equal portions of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. 26 months in French oak (only 24% new) and comes in at 14.2% alcohol. Elegant in the mid-palate but a bit tight on the finish, this is a pleasing Bordeaux blend that has freshness, some complexity and a serious feel to it.
$55
Old World Whites
To appreciate the New World wines you have to appreciate their beginnings, here are a few of our favorites.-
Domaine d'Edouard Cremant de Bourgogne (bubbles)

Ca'Del Doge Prosecco NV (bubbles)

-
Ardoisieres Cuvee Silice Blanc St-Pierre d'Albigny 2019
The wines have high acidity, characteristic of cool climate vines, and are often described as "mountain fresh" or "alpine clean". They can also be quite herbaceous and show aromas of freshly cut grass, green apples and pears. A Jacquère is usually best consumed young, while it still displays its clean minerality and lively citrus palate.
$40
-
Buisson-Charles Meursault VV 2018
Appellation Meursault Country Hierarchy, Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France Buttery and Complex Chardonnay Highly suggested to pair with Chicken and Turkey
$113
-
Clos de L'Ours Cote du Provence Blanc Milia 2018
Le Clos is the story of a couple of amateurs who embarked on the wine adventure in 2012. Their philosophy: let nature do its work. The 13 hectares of vines are cultivated organically. The wine is airy, mineral, with notes of dried fruits, everlasting flowers, citrus fruits and smoky mineral. Notes of fennel, apricot, apple with acacia honey when aired and mineral.
$38
-
Dominique Cornin Bourgogne Blanc 2017
Biodynamic farming, aged in used oak barrels. The nose shows a mineral forward nose with lemon zest, nectarine, and a slight of oak. The palate is lighter in weight for a chardonnay with moderate acid and a mix of stone fruits, lemon zest, and a core of minerals.
$36
Old World Reds
